Thank you for shopping with Independent Bait Company! We're committed to getting your fishing lures to you quickly and reliably.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We also offer a $15 flat rate shipping option at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the USPS website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shawn@IndependentBaitcompany.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
